The available file workflows are free to use, including browser Print in Markdown to PDF. Its separate Download PDF action is currently Pro-gated and unavailable. Individual tools can have upload limits, and large files are also limited by your browser's memory.

You can use the core file tools without an account. Some game features are different: WordIQ's ranked play, saved profile, and leaderboard features use an account and server-backed data. Check the selected tool or game for its requirements.

Many workflows, including image cropping, SVG optimization, Base64 conversion, slideshow creation, and Markdown PDF printing, process content in your browser. Other features can use a server. The separate Markdown PDF download route uses server rendering, but its Pro-gated action is currently unavailable.

File handling depends on the selected workflow. Local file tools process content in the browser, while server-backed game features use profile and gameplay data. The privacy policy explains the site's wider data and analytics practices; browser-first does not mean every feature is offline.

Choose a workflow that matches your organisation's requirements. Markdown to PDF's Print option and the local image tools process content in your browser. Review the tool's processing information before using sensitive material, especially when following a link to an external PDF tool.

Markdown (.md) can become a printed PDF or a slideshow with PPTX and PDF export. Image cropping supports PNG, JPEG, and WebP output; SVG optimization and image/Base64 conversion are also available. Merge and Split work with PDF files. The formats listed on each tool describe its own supported input and output.

Compress Image and Convert Image are planned additions. The index separates upcoming entries from available tools, and new tools appear there when they are ready. Listed plans do not promise a release date.
